What data is collected

Only what you write in the forms on this site. In the contact form: name, company, email and message. In the request for the free diagnostic, also your job title and how many projects are in the portfolio. In the diagnostic questionnaire, the answers about how the company manages its projects. If you write by email or LinkedIn, whatever you include in your message.

The server keeps technical access logs, such as IP address and date, for security.

What it is used for

To reply to your enquiry, prepare the free diagnostic report if you have requested it and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. It is not used for advertising and no profiles are built.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request, under article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

How long it is kept

For the time needed to handle the enquiry and, after that, for as long as legal obligations require. You can ask for erasure earlier.

Who has access to the data

The site's hosting provider, Hostinger, with the server in France, and its email provider, Arsys, with servers in Spain, as data processors. Data is not passed to third parties unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to info@varienergy.es.

If you believe the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
